Hi, I'm Rebecca, the founder of Rooted with Results. I partner with founders and leaders who care deeply about what they're building and need someone they can trust to help carry the details.
My work brings together executive support, personal assistance, business systems, and practical AI. Depending on what you need, that might mean keeping your calendar and travel plans moving, following through on the details of a project, or finding a better way to handle work that keeps coming back around.

Before starting Rooted with Results, I worked across corporate operations, education, and hospitality. In each setting, I saw how much difference the right support and structure can make, especially when there are a lot of moving pieces and people are counting on you.
Today, I bring that experience into the businesses and lives of the people I support. I take time to learn how you work and what matters to you, so I can take ownership of the details, communicate clearly, and stay steady when plans change.
